Hello. I am delighted to be joining Altenew for the release of the latest in the Paint-A-Flower collection – Coral Sunset.

Here’s how I made my card. I cut an A2 size card panel from smooth white card suitable to use with alcohol markers. I stamped my image with black ink and set about choosing some colours from my Altenew marker collection. I coloured the image working in layers until I was happy with the result.

Once the image was complete I used obsidian black ink to stamp the sentiments. I added some green ink over the Altenew Feeling Dotty stencil in random areas to add some interest to the background.

I adhered my panel to a pre folded card base to complete the card.

  26. I love your card! It’s just beautiful. Thank you for how-to tips on coloring layer by layer, I haven’t done a lot of coloring, but I do have Altenew’s alcohol markers and I love them.

  30. First thing I noticed was the cool partially stenciled background. Then I noticed how the flowers were colored so perfectly. You are a fabulous colorist! Absolutely wonderful card, thanks for sharing!
