Hamster Happy Birthday Card

Hello. Today I am sharing a card featuring the Hoory Hamsters from Time for Tea Designs.

To start the card I took the little seeds stamp and used the Wow embossing pad to stamp the image randomly on my card panel. I then covered them in white embossing powder and heat set with my heat gun.

Next I took Distress Oxide inks in Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade and Salty Ocean, then used blender brushes to blend them over the embossed area to make a rainbow. Once I had finished inking I buffed the embossed images with a microfibre cloth to bring back the brightness of the white embossing.

I stamped, coloured and die cut my hamsters and their accessories and adhered them to my card base using double sided tape. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Butterflies stamp set and great embossed on black card then attached this to some black and white striped card and adhered the strip with liquid glue. I then attached the panel to a top folding card base.

This completes the card. I hope you like it.

Take care for now.

Katrina.
