Thinking Of You Card

Hello.

Today I am sharing a Thinking of you card to show that you can stretch those valentines stamps and images throughout the year.

I started by printing the main image from Time For Tea Designs. It is a digital stamp called Phoebe Hugs. I used my Copic Markers to colour it in. I then cut it out using my Scan N Cut.

Next I worked on the background. I worked straight on to my card base, using some purple tape to mask off a section of the left hand side to blend some ink using a round blending tool. I used Distress Oxides. Carved Pumpkin for the top portion and Mustard Seed for the lower. Once this was dry I used a small heart stamp and stamped randomly over the inks in the same colour to add a subtle pattern to the area. I stamped a Thinking Of You sentiment using black ink.

I used a tape runner to attach the main image to the centre of the white portion of the card. Then attached some sequins to match the colour scheme to complete the card.
