Dinosaur card

Hello friends. I hope you are enjoying the summer so far.

Today I am sharing the dino card I made this morning.

I started the card by die cutting 6 square frames from white cardstock using the Lawn Fawn die set called selfie frames.

I then took a white square card base and marked out where I wanted the frames to go. Once I had done that I masked the edges with post it notes and used distress oxide inks to blend the three square backgrounds.

The background blends are Distress Oxide salty ocean with twisted citron, squeezed lemonade with carved pumpkin, picked raspberry with candied apple.

Once the background squares were blended I layed down three frames and attached them with liquid adhiesive and then repeated again with another frame on top of each to give the frames some depth.

Next I used Copic markers to colour three dinosaurs to match the backgrounds, then die cut them and attached one to the centre of each frame and added a rwar speech bubble.

I stamped a sentiment on each frame using Lawn Fawn inks to match the colours in the frames.

To complete the card I added some small gems and some twine with a bow. I hope you like it.
